I began my career at Infosys, where I ​spent four years as a Senior Software ​Developer in the Retail Domain. During ​this period, I worked on high-impact ​projects, developing robust software ​solutions that enhanced retail ​operations. My role involved extensive ​coding, debugging, and collaborating ​with cross-functional teams to deliver ​seamless software systems.

Polaris (2011 - 2013)

Project Lead - Finance Domain

After Infosys, I joined Polaris as a ​Project Lead in the Finance ​Domain. Over two years, I led ​teams to successfully execute ​financial technology projects, ​ensuring timely delivery and ​adherence to quality standards. ​My responsibilities included ​project planning, risk ​management, and stakeholder ​communication, which honed my ​leadership and strategic ​planning skills.Implemented the first of kind project within organization having 24x5 support, leading to change HR Policies ,inclusion of allowances in payroll ,setting the path to be followed by other projects and teams.

Scrum Master - Retail Domain

My journey continued at Accenture, ​where I served as a Scrum Master in ​the Retail Domain. In ​this role, I facilitated agile practices, ​coached teams, and ensured the ​successful implementation of Scrum ​methodologies. My focus was on ​enhancing team performance, ​fostering collaboration, and ​delivering incremental value to ​clients through agile ​transformations.

Currently, I am working at Wipro as a Senior Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager in the ​Telecom Domain. My role involves overseeing agile projects, managing cross-functional teams, ​and driving continuous improvement in project delivery. I am passionate about leveraging agile ​principles to optimize processes, enhance team dynamics, and achieve strategic goals.I enjoy getting my hands dirty with new learnings of AI, implementing AI tools within the program for enhance experience of saving time, efforts and cost.
